It's that time of year again when the "best of" lists are out. Here's NYmetro.com's Best of New York 2003 food. Local spot Jefferson won Best New Neighborhood Joint. I haven't eaten there yet, but have been meaning to. Now I'll have to get on it before it becomes too crowded!
