
Yesterday I attended an Italian cooking demonstration by Arthur Schwartz. The demonstration was part of the three-day celebration of the cuisine of Campania, the region of Italy that includes Naples, Capri, and Mt. Vesuvius, among other things. I learned a ton and have lots of notes to write-up, but before I do I wanted to let you know it's still going on.
