For two weeks in August, Matt Reynolds will live in a tent, hit several towns a day, and eat nothing but wings. He will film a documentary as he travels across New York State to find the perfect Buffalo wing, and fittingly will end his trip in that city on the shores of Lake Erie. Whose wing will reign supreme?

Have Matt check out Duff's wings in Amherst outside of Buffalo. Many Buffalonians rave about them. We're Buffalo natives and are looking forward to his report. When will it be televised?

This should be fun! I used to live in Buffalo and one thing I loved about the "real" Anchor Bar wings was that the sauce is baked on. Not all drippy and blegh like some wings.
I can't wait to see what the criteria for the best wings is!
